The company Victoria VR, a.s., ID No. 09695346, with registered office at Vaclavske namesti 796/42, Nove Mesto, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. B 25843 ("Controller" or "Company"), is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("Regulation").
We process personal data in the following cases related to your visit to the www.victoriavr.com Website ("Website") or our business activities: • you have registered for a user account on the Website; • you have subscribed to the newsletters. We are developing a game in virtual reality - metaverse with feng shui elements ("Victoria VR World").
If you have registered for a user account on the Website, we process the following categories of personal data: • Identification data: name, surname, date of birth, • Electronic contact details: e-mail address. • Other personal information: gender, nickname to log in to your user account, e-wallet address, Victoria VR World plot number if you have purchased it and other information in your user account. • Cookies: the Company uses cookies on the Website. In case you have subscribed to the newsletters, we process your e-mail address.
We process personal data for the following reasons: Performance of contractual obligations • The login nickname and email address are processed by the Company in order to allow the user to log into the user account and, if necessary, for the Company to restore access. • We process the date of birth and gender so that we can determine which element (earth, wood, water, metal or fire) corresponds to your person in traditional Chinese feng-shui teachings. Based on this analysis, the content in your user account is then adjusted and personalized. Analyzing your feng-shui element and personalizing content based on the element is the main purpose of your user account, so you cannot register for a user account without this information. • The name and address of the electronic wallet are processed by the Company in order to pay the virtual asset to the electronic wallet in the context of providing benefits to the registered user (e.g. payment of a reward, etc.). • We process other data that you voluntarily fill in about yourself in your user profile (information in the about me tab, contact details that may be accessible to other users, the number of the plot in Victoria VR World if you have purchased it etc.) because it is part of your user profile, i.e. the service we provide to you. • We automatically record information about your device and browser, in particular IP addresses, software and hardware attributes, information about login times to your user account in order to prevent misuse of access data and to ensure the functioning of the Website, i.e. for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and the legitimate interest of the Controller and users. Processing of personal data on the basis of consent • We may also process personal data if you give us your explicit and free consent to do so.
