LEGAL TITLE AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We process personal data for the following reasons:
Performance of contractual obligations
- We process your email address so that we can contact you if you are designated as one of the winners of the Contest.
- If you are determined as one of the winners of the Contes and you win a prize in kind, we may ask you to provide us with your name and delivery address. We will process this personal data to send you the prize.
- The nickname is processed for the purpose of ranking players and their results in the Contest.
Processing of personal data based on legitimate interest
- The Controller may publish a list of winners on the website www.victoriavr.com or on its social networks, including the nickname and the Time in the game, for the purpose of promoting the Contest and the activities of the Controller. This will contribute, among other things, to making it apparent to anyone that the Contest was actually held and was not fictitious.
- In principle, publication to the extent of the nickname and the resulting time in the Contest should not allow for unambiguous identification of the winner, but in exceptional cases this cannot be excluded. Should unambiguous identification be possible, the recipients may be any visitors to the listed websites and social networks of the Controller.
